Over the course of 2019, I had poetically documented how my days went. I embraced both bad days and good days, giving advice, lessons, life experiences, and capture the importance of the moments I endured. A few years back I had fallen in love with how healing poetry books can be to a confused soul. I remember clinging to the pages of books from authors that made me feel less alone, those same authors paved the way for me. My hope for the book is for people to do the same: digest my words and can relate to what I have experienced.
